SANTA FE SPRINGS - The railroad crossing considered the most dangerous in California is finally getting its long overdue fix.
Plans are under way to build a $130 million grade separation at the Rosecrans and Marquardt Avenue intersection in Santa Fe Springs.
While plans are just now being developed, construction could begin as soon as March 2018, said Michael Thomas, a principal with Biggs Cardosa Associates Inc.
