Two lanes of northbound 15 Freeway near North Fire reopen

CAJON PASS >> Two northbound lanes of the 15 Freeway through the Cajon Pass have been reopened as firefighters continue dealing with the massive, damaging North Fire, burning just north of the 138 Freeway, California Highway Patrol officials said.
