PASADENA - A woman allegedly stole a mountain bicycle off a balcony but didn't get far with the bike. A witness saw the theft and called police.
Pasadena Police Lt. Mark Goodman said officers recovered the bicycle and found the suspect hiding in a dumpster.
The burglary occurred just before 11 p.
