MONROVIA >> City officials will consider loaning a local developer $1.5 million to revitalize the historic Santa Fe Depot -- a blighted building that has been vacant for over 40 years.
The depot sits at the heart of Station Square, a $24 million transit-oriented development being built around the Foothill Gold Line.
