VICTORVILLE >> Francis Jared Pusok, the Apple Valley man whose beating by sheriff's deputies was caught on video earlier this year following a pursuit in the High Desert was released from jail Friday after he was arrested for showing up several hours late to a court hearing here, authorities said.
