Trustees for California State University will look this week at the 23-campus system's new budget proposals during meetings at the Chancellor's Office in Long Beach.
Finance officials on Tuesday will present a preliminary support budget request of $295 million from Sacramento for the 2016-17 fiscal year, which is aimed at increasing enrollment by 3 percent, or 10,700 full-time equivalent students, as well as providing increased pay for employees and tackling facilities and infrastructure repairs.
