PICO RIVERA >> After it unexpectedly closed in April, the Walmart Supercenter in Pico Rivera is planning to reopen in mid-October, city officials said.
"Their improvements to the store are expected to be completed by the beginning of October for a reopening in the middle of the month," said James Enriquez, Pico Rivera director of public works.
