LA VERNE >> Students, faculty, and other members of the University of La Verne campus community celebrate the grand opening of La Verne's Literacy Center Thursday.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for 5 p.m. at the center, 1574 Arrow Highway, Suite A.
The university relocated its literacy center from the corner of Second and E streets to its current location two years ago.
