Chronic homelessness continues to grow in Los Angeles County even after efforts to house more than 10,000 people in the last three years, according to the authors of a report released Tuesday.
The report, by the nonprofit group Economic Roundtable, found that close to 1 million county residents who received public assistance between 2002 and 2010 experienced homelessness.
