BURBANK >> Burbank police detectives arrested a 49-year-old man Monday afternoon on suspicion of fatally stabbing a woman whose body was found in his home.
Brian Thomas Lowe was interviewed Monday afternoon by police and then placed in custody, according to Burbank police Officer Joshua Kendrick.
