MONROVIA >> The City Council on Tuesday will hear which company staff thinks should run the Friday night street fair in Old Town.
Four firms submitted proposals, including current operator Green Leaf Events Inc. and former operator LA PartyWorks, which is still on contract with the city for special events at the street fair.
