For two venerable local organizations, 2016 is a benchmark year. The Pasadena Garden Club is marking its centennial, and the 95-year-old College Women's Club of Pasadena has just donated its one-millionth-scholarship dollar to local young women.
On April 22, Garden Club members and friends gathered to celebrate at a preview party prior to the public opening of the club's annual Garden Club of America (GCA) flower show titled "Reflections," in honor of the club's long history in the community.
