GLENDALE >> Police have arrested a mother and daughter in connection with a fatal hit-and-run from April in Glendale, according to police.
Goar Davtyan, 67, was arrested just before 6 p.m. Friday in Glendale, according to police. Davytan had been a person of interest since the fatal crash on April 16 that killed 81-year-old Martiros Arutyunyan of Glendale.
