SAN DIMAS >> Excellent strides have been made in improving Southern California's air quality, but the South Coast Air Quality Management District, municipalities and citizens still face challenges and risks relating to poor air quality.
Michael Cacciotti, a board member of the air quality management district serving four counties, gave an update to the San Dimas City Council, the city's administrative officers and residents on Tuesday.
