Homeless debate rolls on as tiny houses are moved off a San Pedro street

Three shedlike homes for the homeless were quietly moved off a San Pedro street early Wednesday after landing in the cross hairs of an emotional citywide debate over the thousands of men, women and children who call L.A.'s streets, parks and freeway underpasses their home.
