FONTANA >> The HARD Summer Music Festival -- unable to clinch a repeat contract in Pomona this year following the death of two concert-goers -- will move to Fontana, promoters announced Tuesday.
This year's summer rave will take place July 30-31 at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana.
