BALDWIN PARK - The Coroner's Office on Thursday identified the El Monte woman who was shot and killed at a Baldwin Park market on Wednesday.
Coroner's spokesman Ed Winter said 44-year-old Leticia Delatorre-Castillo died at the scene of the Wednesday morning shooting at La Blanquita market.
