Two men were arrested after a high speed chase through two counties ended safely near the Ontario International Airport Tuesday afternoon.
The chase began just after 1 p.m. in Monrovia after officers tried to stop the full size white pickup truck after reports of suspicious circumstances, according to California Highway Patrol spokesman Steve Carapia.
