MONTEBELLO - California's top campaign finance watchdog said Monday that a former Montebello Unified School District board member has agreed to pay thousands of dollars in fines for misusing political contributions she received for her 2013 relection effort.
The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) announced the $5,000 fine for Gerri Guzman and her campaign treasurer, Charlotte Trujillo.
