PASADENA - A shirtless man allegedly smashed a cash register and took food after he was refused service at a fast food place Tuesday.
Officers tracked down the man and arrested him.
Pasadena Police Lt. Mark Goodman said the incident happened at the Del Taco located at 844 E. Union St. just before midnight.
