Playing rockin' Patty Lane and her classy, identical British cousin Cathy on "The Patty Duke Show" from 1963 to '66, she was everything cool a teen of that Swingin' era should have been, twice over: hip, kooky fun and, in Cathy's case, really smart but nice about it.
