ARCADIA >> A theft suspect picked the wrong bicycle to target Sunday when he tried to ride off on a bicycle fitted with an Arcadia Police Department GPS tracking device, officials said.
The incident unfolded about 5:15 p.m. when a bicycle fitted with a tracking device and left by police in the south end of the city was taken, Arcadia police Sgt.
