REDLANDS >> A man abducted his ex-girlfriend from an Office Depot Thursday, holding her hostage for nearly three hours during a standoff with police before shooting her and in return being killed by police sharpshooters.
The abducted woman's father, Greg Bauer, identified her as 28-year-old Kristin Bauer, of Corona.
