Covina's top cop receives award from fellow California chiefs

COVINA >> Covina Police Chief Kim Raney received the California Police Chief's Associations most prestigious award Wednesday.

The CPCA presented Raney with the Joe Molloy Award, " for his dedication and service to law enforcement and to the California Police Chiefs Association,"
