BALDWIN PARK >> The Drug Enforcement Administration on Tuesday arrested four men at a Baldwin Park home being used as a drug lab to produce what officials believe is synthetic heroin.
The house in the 4100 block of Harlan Avenue lies next door to a home that runs a daycare center, a fire official said.
