SAN BERNARDINO >> Vincent Brewer sits on steps just outside his Orange Avenue apartment Monday morning watching a group of television news vans gather at a Circle K to report on the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy and the wounding of his 14-year-old cousin.
"It really makes me worry," said Brewer, a 48-year-old father of three.
