SANTA ANA -- A 41-year-old Westminster man pleaded not guilty today to helping three inmates after they escaped from an Orange County jail in January.
Tung Nguyen, who was arrested Friday, is charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact.
Nguyen allegedly provided money and beer to one of the escapees, Bac Tien Duong, after the trio arrived at Nguyen's home following the breakout, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
