Everything came up roses for the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra at its annual benefit held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel on the eve of St. Valentine's Day. Titled "La Vie En Rose: An Evening in Paris," the event raised $475,000 for LACO programs -- $50,000 beyond the anticipated proceeds.
More than 300 guests turned out for the annual gala, which honored Board Chair, and longtime LACO stalwart, Gene Shutler.
