In the Democratic party, Bernie Sanders was enraged to discover that after he tied Hillary Clinton in Iowa and beat her by 22 points in New Hampshire, he had a total of 44 delegates, and she had 394.
And in the Republican party, Donald Trump declared the Republican National Committee "in default" of their agreement to treat him fairly, and he tweeted out the results of a poll showing that 68 percent of his supporters would vote for him if he ran as an independent.
