Why are students leaving Duarte Unified?
Finding an answer to that question and figuring out how to stop it are the goals of a new research strategy by the school district it is calling the CAP process - Competitive Advantage Plan.
The process will include several surveys and focus groups gathering information from the entire community, not just parents and staff, to see what are the district's strengths as well as weaknesses and develop a strategic plan that will reflect the community's needs.
