Parsons has announced that Erin Donovan, a project manager in Parsons' road/structures division, has been named a winner in Engineering News Record Mid-Atlantic's 2016 Top 20 Under 40 competition.
Donovan joined Parsons in 2009 and has more than 15 years of experience on major design-build projects and public-private partnerships involving highways, transit and land development, serving both the public and private sectors.
