LOS ANGELES -- More than 6,800 Los Angeles Department of Water & Power customers remained without power today due to a weekend storm that brought high winds and at times heavy rain to the Southland, authorities said.
While more than 95,000 LADWP customers have had their power restored following Sunday's precipitation, 6,871 remained without power as of 6 a.
