The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department mistakenly released a man suspected in a 2011 Pasadena gang-related homicide, officials said Monday.
Steven Lawrence Wright, 37, was released at about 12:55 p.m. on Saturday from the Inmate Reception Center, according to statement from the sheriff's department.
