COMMERCE - A recent scathing audit of Central Basin Municipal Water District questioned the board's leadership, was skeptical of financial practices and called for the end of a monthly auto allowance.
Now, the board will have to decide if they want to listen to the dramatic recommendations brought forward by auditors.
