HOUSTON >> The long 20-year National Football League drought in Los Angeles is finally nearing an end.
And it's looking more and more likely the Rams will be returning to the region they called home from 1946 to 1994 and that they'll be joined in Inglewood by the San Diego Chargers.
More discussions remain, but according to a league official, if the six-owner Los Angeles Opportunities committee makes an official recommendation, it will be the Chargers and Rams in Inglewood.
