SANTA CLARITA >> Sheriff's deputies checking a suspicious car behind a Canyon Country shopping center found a cat bound with electrical tape, authorities said Monday.
It happened at around midnight Sunday behind the shopping center at Soledad Canyon and Sand Canyon roads, said Sgt. Daniel Stanley of the Santa Clarita Sheriff's Station.
