SAN BERNARDINO >> Employees at the Inland Regional Center returned to work Monday morning, just more than a month after 14 were killed and 22 were wounded at the site.
"We are very happy to be back at our IRC home," said Lavinia Johnson, executive director with the center. "This has shown me our community stands strong.
