FAIRFIELD, Calif. -- Police say they have arrested a 51-year-old California woman who intentionally drowned her grandson in a bathtub.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that police say the woman drowned the 4-year-old boy in her bathtub Tuesday morning.
Police spokesman Cleo Mayoral says it appears that multiple calls from the neighborhood reported the incident.
