"What time does the parade start?" was one of the first questions 2016 Rose Queen Erika Winter answered Tuesday morning soon after the Pasadena Convention and Visitors Bureau officially opened its annual Visitor Hotline inside the Convention Center.
The parade starts at 8 a.m. Friday, of course.
