Winter Meet opens to large crowd at Santa Anita Park

ARCADIA >> The year is winding to an end, but the race horses at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, as well as their fans, were just getting started Saturday as the racetrack welcomed racing fans to Opening Day of the Winter Meet.
