The death of the Bowl Championship Series has made "The Granddaddy of Them All" a little nervous.
The Tournament of Roses Association puts on the nation's oldest bowl game, The Rose Bowl, through a partnership with the Pacific-12 and Big Ten conferences, but in recent years, the non-profit relied on a second, more lucrative game through the now-defunct BCS system, according to Michael Matthiessen, TofR's president.
