SAN BERNARDINO >> Their resources depleted, two cities on Friday looked to the federal government to reimburse costs linked to the Dec. 2 terrorism attack that killed 14 and wounded 22 at a social service center.
The emergency declarations -- in Redlands on Friday and in San Bernardino on Thursday -- came as FBI investigators continued for a second day to scour a small lake in San Bernardino for evidence and as families continued grieving for those lost in the attack by Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik.
