SAN BERNARDINO >> Tin Nguyen, a 31-year-old food inspector for the San Bernardino County Department of Health, died Wednesday in the mass shooting at Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino.
"She was the most amazing person anyone could ever meet," Kim Oanh said on social media. "Her heart was bigger than the sun, and her personality was addicting.
