Delays on the westbound 60 at Nogales Street will continue through Friday as a result of the closure of on- and off-ramps, Caltrans announced Tuesday.
The Nogales Street ramps are closed as part of the Nogales Grade Separation Project, which involves creating a roadway underpass and railway bridge on Nogales Street between San Jose Avenue and Gale Avenue.
