WRIGHTWOOD >> Mountain High ski resort opened for business on Friday, beginning what many hope will be a better season than last.
Mountain High chief marketing officer John McColly said the recent cold snap allowed the resort to begin making snow halfway up the mountain to open a single trail on Friday.
