BALDWIN PARK >> After three years of construction, workers are putting the finishing touches on a new $66 million freeway connecter bridge linking the 605 and 10 freeways in Baldwin Park, expected to open to motorists early next week, Caltrans officials said.
The exact opening date of the bridge, designed to improve both traffic flow and safety at the historically problematic interchange, has yet to be announced as construction crews make the finishing touches, Caltrans spokeswoman Yessica Jovel said.
