SOUTH WHITTIER - This year's Orchard Dale Water District board race has a deja vu feel to it.
Four years ago, then-incumbent Yvette Stevenson-Rodriguez and then-challengers Dennis Azevedo and Loyd Timm ran for two seats on the board. All three are on the Nov. 3 ballot again.
But this time, Stevenson-Rodriguez, 45, a fundraising director for an educational foundation, and Azevedo, 67, a retired police officer, are the incumbents.
