A workshop on how to incorporate your small business will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, at the University of La Verne in the school's campus center on the third floor, 2000 2nd St., La Verne.
Presenter attorney Candice Garcia-Rodrigo has more than 10 years of experience helping entrepreneurs incorporate their small businesses and will discuss forming a corporation as well as the various forms of organization and selecting the type of organization that is right for you.
